Your Success is my Goal

My dear world,

I’d like to share with you a very significant, difficult and very special part of
my life that ultimately, drove and guided me into the fitness and health
universe. May it only enliven, motivate and inspire you! May it remind you
that we’re all more than capable of recreating ourselves, in the most
different seasons of life.

The memorable, glossy, super images of me, and created by me, that you
may come across, are genuine and often a result of a long, arduous journey,
a lifelong, beloved routine, grind and devotion. Especially because, for so
many years of my life, I was the opposite of the radiant, fit, healthy woman
that we can glimpse at the click of a button. We all ought to remember that
the human experiences and emotions behind the scenes are more than often
unimaginable and very surprising!

Through a number of circumstances, I used to be supremely unhealthy.
This went far beyond being thin. I was often fluctuating in weight to such an
extreme, that I would become very frail and unwell. All because I lacked the
proper knowledge and awareness of true health, as well as the support of a
generous, genuine mind who would be well-versed in wellness, or with a
good sense of it. I had absolutely no map or sense of direction in wellness
and fitness.

You see, I was just a young girl when I became a professional Skydiver
and Skydive Instructor! I knew from my first jump, that I was born to do
this, gave it my all and always lived in the moment. It was a wildly
courageous, challenging, breathtaking journey and having physical prowess
in the skydiving world never hurts! But incredibly enough, Skydiving wasn’t
my fitness back then - in fact, it was only in the course of my thorough
education and self-realization many years later, that I learned the essentials
and the power of nutrition and fitness in tandem! Even long after I became
athletic and played a number of sports! I knew little of proper form and
exercises, stretching and meditation, the ins and outs of great nutrition and
what it is to refuel our bodies and our minds.

And back in my teen years, I was quite a sight: at once so tough and
determined, and so thin and fragile, that I was affectionately crowned the
parachute on legs. In time, I would learn with awe and honor, that
Skydiving and the English language, nurtured in me the most powerful,
precious training for life and for becoming the greatest trainer and fitness
artist that I could be: to stay in motion and to breathe when each is essential,
as well as immense endurance, courage, devotion to routine, joy in small and
big achievements, respect, and calm, super communication with others.

As we’ve shared, in my new life in the States, I was plunged into my
work and studies, often from dusk to dawn, often to stay afloat, while the
calling to become my most fit, healthy and strong - and pass it onto the
world - grew louder and clearer.

And I threw myself headfirst into a challenge and adventure unlike
anything I’d ever experienced! It was all or nothing and I pursued one of my
glorious dreams. I immediately began very intensive training for the NPC
Bikini Fitness Championship.

And I won!

Soon thereafter, I began training for MuscleContest, the biggest NPC
Statewide Competition in the United States.

And I won 5th place!
The grinding, super training, love and dedication for the process didn’t
stop there.
And at the 2016 NPC Iron Man Competitions, I won 1st place.
These accomplishments, but more importantly, the tough and rewarding
process of training and learning, propelled my full-blown pursuit and
untraditional path of building my career in the health and fitness industry.

And just as with Skydiving, as a determined, fragile young girl with magical
dreams, I never looked back. I continued to immerse in researching and
pursuing the most multifaceted, wise education possible in the universe of
Health and Fitness, from the greatest international experts in the field.
And I continued writing, elevating, perfecting my own simple and
memorable recipes, and my super training plans. I became an NASM
Certified Personal Trainer and the graduate of the Neuro Leadership Institute
and Brain-Based Coaching (BBC).
I attended all significant and highly recognized
Health and Fitness Conferences and Seminars, and shared my work at every
chance. As the wonderful exposure continued to grow and at times
skyrocketed, I was being offered terrific sponsorships from companies in the
industry, while women of the most different backgrounds, shapes and minds
dreamed of training with me. I began supporting their every wish and goal.
And I poured all of my life experience into positively reshaping, touching
and enlivening as many lives as I could through the power and wonder of
health and fitness.
And I came full circle, returning to my first parachute jump in so many
years, and not long after, to Professional Skydiving. All on the American
soil, in my base state of gorgeous California.

The quartet of Health, Fitness and Skydiving and Wing-suiting finally came together as my
life’s compass, my blessed profession and my pure passion. For myself, my son, my family,
my beloved clients, and the world.
